Kim Little, M.D., FAAP, DABOM, grew up in Houston and earned her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Rice University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then attended Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) in Houston where she completed her medical training in 2005, Pediatric Residency in 2008, and finally her Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship in 2013 where she served as chief fellow her final year.
Dr. Little, having a passion for teaching and caring for children, completed a Master of Education at University of Houston in 2018. After training and working at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) for almost 20 years, she joined Cypress Dermatology in 2023. An educator at heart, she hopes to bring that same passion for teaching to her patients at Cypress Dermatology, empowering them to understand their skin and feel confident in their care.
With a commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Little most recently became a Diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Realizing excess weight significantly impacts many dermatologic conditions, she hopes to bring more effective care to her patients who also wish to pursue medical weight loss as part of their management plan.
